  1. Overview

CAM Staffing’s U.S. CNA/N.A employment program is designed around exclusive partnerships with selected employers, enabling the placement of qualified candidates in positions that meet each employer’s standards.

Upon arrival in the United States, participants complete an 8-week CNA training program and obtain certification, helping them successfully transition and establish a stable career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

In addition, CAM Staffing provides a dedicated management support system for 12 months after any placement, offering continuous guidance and support. This structured system serves as a strong foundation for long-term success as a CNA/N.A in the United States. 

2. Employment Conditions

1) N.A (Nursing Assistant)- Eligibility Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Red Cross CPR Certification required

  • Completion of 3–6 months of theoretical training at a Korean nursing assistant academy

  • Minimum of 3 months hospital training, and minimum of 3 months volunteer experiences in a Korean healthcare system. (Both should be full time equivalent required)

Note: Applicants who hold a Korean RN or Nursing Assistant license may be considered to meet the above requirements


2) C.N.A (Certified Nursing Assistant)- Eligibility Requirements

  • Must hold a NA certification or equivalent

  • Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent

Note: After employment-based immigration as a CNA and obtaining a Green Card, candidates may transition to an LVN or RN role based qualifications

3) Work Location

  • California


4) Work Hours & Pay

  • 40 hours per week

  • Starting from $14/hour


5) Contract Duration : 

  • 6-12 months

3. E3-Visa Process by Immigration Attorney

1) Consultation & Contract
Initial consultation and agreement with the employer

2) Prevailing Wage Determination & Recruitment (LC Process)

The employer posts job advertisements following U.S. labor regulations

If there are no qualified U.S. applicants, the employer applies for Labor Certification (LC)

This process typically takes 8-12 months

3) Labor Certification Approval

4) I-140 Petition Filling
- After LC approval, the employer files an I-140 Immigrant Petition with USCIS

-Processing time is approximately 6-12 months

5) I-140 Petition Approval

-USCIS reviews and approves the petition

6) NVC VlSA Fee Notice
-The National Visa Center (NVC) issues a visa fee invoice through the immigration attorney

-After payment, applicants are instructed to submit the DS-260 (Immigrant Visa Application)

-Once approved, the U.S. Embassy sends an interview appointment (date and time)

7) NVC Document Submission (DS-260)

-Submit required personal and background information

8) Interview Preparation
-Prepare required documents, including:

  • Medical examination report

  • Employment verification letter

  • VisaScreen® Certificate

5. C.N.A Training Program (USA)

*Location : CAM-affiliated CNA training center (State of California-approved facility)
*Duration: 8 weeks (3 days per week)
*Program Details: Upon completion of the training, participants will take the certification test at the CAM-affiliated CNA training center
