RN(Skilled Worker)


1) Overview

CAM Staffing’s U.S. nursing employment program is built on exclusive partnerships with leading employers, including DaVita Inc., Advanced Research Center, and Westways Staffing Services, Inc..

The program connects qualified nurses with positions that meet each employer’s standards, supported by hands-on clinical training upon arrival in the United States.

In addition, CAM Staffing provides a 2–3 year management support system after employment, helping nurses successfully transition and build long-term careers in the U.S. healthcare system.

2) Eligibility Requirements

-General

  • Applicants must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the United States or be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN examination

  • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. E31 visa

-DaVita

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 18 months of dialysis nursing experience within the past 3 years

  • At least 3 years of dialysis nursing experience within the past 5 years

-Westways Staffing

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation facility, or long-term care facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation facility, or long-term care facility within the past 3 years

  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation facility, or long-term care facility within the past 5 years

3) EB-3 Visa Application Process (Handled directly by an attorney selected by our U.S. headquarters)

[Consultation & Agreement]
-The employer initiates the employment process by obtaining a Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) and filing a Labor Certification (PERM) application with the U.S. Department of Labor. Once approved, the process moves to the next stage.

*Estimated Processing Time: 3–6 month

[Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD)]
-The employer requests a Prevailing Wage Determination from the U.S. Department of Labor to determine the appropriate wage for the position.

[ I-140 Petition Filing ]
-After the Labor Certification (PERM) is approved, the employer files Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

*Estimated Processing Time: 6–12 months

[ I- 140 Petition Approval ]

-Once USCIS approves the I-140 petition, the case is transferred to the National Visa Center (NVC) for immigrant visa processing.

[ NVC VlSA Fee Notification ]
-The National Visa Center (NVC) will issue a visa fee invoice through the immigration attorney. After the visa fee is paid, applicants will be instructed to complete and submit Form DS-260 (Immigrant Visa Application).

Once the DS-260 is reviewed, the U.S. Embassy will send an interview appointment notice with the scheduled date and time.

-Submit all required documents and complete the DS-260 immigrant visa application through the National Visa Center.


[ Interview Preparation ]
-Prepare all required documents for your U.S. Embassy interview, including:

  • Medical examination results

  • Employment verification letter

  • VisaScreen® Certificate

  • Any additional documents requested by the U.S. Embassy

  • Attend your interview on the scheduled date and time.


    [ EB-3 Visa Interview]

-Attend your immigrant visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Upon approval, you will receive your immigrant visa and may travel to the United States to begin employment.
